The AssetFuture System, FacilityFuture, is a computer based planning tool that enables this holistic approach to asset knowledge and management decision processes and produces optimised asset plans to achieve business strategic outcomes.  

FacilityFuture can be applied to ALL asset types from buildings & facilities, plant & equipment, roads, storm water infrastructure, and parks & open spaces. It is a multi-user application designed to:

• manage all infrastructure facilities, assets and related items and components

• prepare budgets and maintenance plans

• manage organisations and contractors

• manage reported facility faults and defects

• manage the work required to maintain and update the facility

The AssetFuture team is able to provide a comprehensive infrastructure asset management staff training course. It has recently conducted such training courses overseas.

We have established processes for this activity to assist your asset management team. For current clients AssetFuture provides key business support including the development of infrastructure asset deterioration models that have preconfigured condition degradations scales, maintenance strategies with fully defined maintenance, renewal, and capital tasks. 

We recognise that a collaborative development of the planning framework is imperative and that its ‘ownership’ resides with the client’s asset managers and planners. The AssetFuture team is also able to provide:
