AssetFuture has developed a number of software systems to support the asset Whole of Life planning process. These are:

Asset Data Manager

 

The Asset Data Management (ADM) is a 'mobile' database that is used in the field to compile asset information in a format that is used by AssetFuture to prepare Whole of Life asset plans.

The Facility Manager

 

The Facility Manager is designed to assist facility and building managers to manage:

• their facilities, facility areas down to their components
• the different organisations involved with the asset owner or manager
• the work required to maintain and renew the facility
• manage the occupancies and leases for the facilities.

The Facility Manager, a multi user Microsoft SQL database can support all organisations to manage their complex assets.

 

It provides an organisational discipline that enables general user access to asset information, powerful reporting to management and a secure environment for the strategic asset planners.
