We're excited to launch our Customer Support Portal to our customers. This is an enhancement to our Customer Support logging process, allowing you to track and view all your queries in one place.

This enhancement is based on your feedback, to give you greater visibility and control of your information. In the Portal you can:

  • Create Customer Support cases

  • View, edit and update your current and resolved cases

  • Get real-time updates on the status of your support case

  • Access your Case Dashboard
