What is Ideaction.2021?

At Ideaction.2021 you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn and exchange information about current FM challenges and opportunities with facilities professionals from across Australia and the world,

  • Hear international cases studies and learn about the latest in FM practices from industry thought leaders and research partners, all passionate about the industry.

  • Meet your FM peers, build new relationships and connect with industry leaders in an environment focused on professional development and research-based learning – all within a leading Australian facility!

  • Support the growth and development of the industry by joining a platform of facilities managers, property managers and other professionals who interact with the built environment.

The FMA (Facilities Management Association) is the peak national industry body for facilities management, representing and supporting professionals and organisations responsible for the operational management of Australia’s built environments.

This year, due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, Ideaction.2021 will be hosted across Australia at multiple locations which include Geelong (main conference base), Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. All locations will host the conference on Monday 28th June and Tuesday 29th June 2021 (except Perth which will be a one-day event only on Monday 28th June), streaming keynote sessions to all locations and encouraging delegates and sponsors to network nationally.
